Privacy Policy

We use the name, email address and article link you submit to review and respond to your video request. Preview recovery emails go only to an address already associated with a preview; the public response does not reveal whether an address is in our records. We store request status and limited abuse-prevention data server-side.

Cloudflare hosts the site and request storage. Brevo delivers requested emails. Stripe processes purchases; digi-DEX does not store your full card details. Personal preview pages are unlisted and excluded from our sitemap, but anyone with their link can view them. digi-DEX (“I,” “me,” or “my”) builds and services the technology clients use to manage their own digital presence, and teaches them to use it. This policy explains how I collect, use, and protect information when you visit my website or engage my services.

Website visitors: I use website analytics to understand pages visited, referral sources and device types. The site can load Vercel Analytics and, where configured, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager. I do not sell visitor data.

Contact form submissions: When you submit a contact or diagnostic form, I collect the information you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, business name, website address and any details about your operations you choose to share.

Client engagements: The information processed depends on the tools and connections agreed for your account. Optional FASSS work may include call records, transcripts and CRM records. Your business data belongs to you; I process it to provide the agreed service.

I use the information I collect to respond to inquiries, provide requested estimates, build and service the agreed technology, teach you to use it, and improve my services. Relevant hosting, communication and technology providers process information needed to deliver those services. I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

I restrict access to information needed for the agreed service. The storage, access and security arrangements depend on the tools in your setup and are addressed in your engagement. No website or connected service can promise absolute security. Please do not put confidential client information into the public inquiry form.

I retain contact form submissions for the duration of my business relationship and a reasonable period afterward. Client system data is retained according to the terms of your engagement and deletion requests are handled under that agreement and applicable retention requirements.

I may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated revision date.
