By accessing this website or engaging digi-DEX for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage my services.

The $75 USD one-time purchase includes the two watermark-free MP4 formats shown in your personal preview: vertical 1080×1920 and feed 1080×1350. Delivery is by email within one hour of payment. Preview requests are reviewed before production and do not require payment.

Factual typos in your name, title or quote will be corrected free before purchase. Custom creative edits and additional work are priced separately. If purchased files fail to arrive or play, contact k.bratton@digi-dex.live with your checkout email. We will resend or repair the files; if we cannot supply the purchased files, we will refund the payment.

The video presents an existing contribution, not new editorial coverage or a publication endorsement. No views, engagement or sales result is guaranteed. Publication marks, quotations and other third-party materials retain their existing ownership and applicable usage conditions. Contact us about your intended use if you need rights documentation.

digi-DEX builds and services technology for clients to manage their own digital presence, and teaches them to use it. I do not manage any facet of a client’s business. Optional FASSS and custom work are agreed separately. The work, deliverables, timing, cost, and terms of each project are defined in a separate service agreement between digi-DEX and the client.

Every client-facing change and every public or private message sent on your behalf requires your explicit approval of that specific change or exact content and recipients. Changed content needs fresh approval. Access and standing instructions do not substitute for approval. Purchases need specific approval too.

The tools and calculators on this website, including the Call Handling Estimate and Staff Capacity Calculator, are provided for informational purposes. Results are estimates based on the inputs you provide and do not constitute a guarantee of specific outcomes.

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of digi-DEX and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without my written permission.

Systems built for clients during an engagement are subject to the intellectual property terms defined in the service agreement.

digi-DEX provides its website and informational tools on an “as-is” basis. I make no warranties regarding the accuracy of calculator results or the completeness of website content. My liability for any claim related to the website is limited to the amount you have paid me in the preceding 12 months, if any.

Liability related to client engagements is governed by the applicable service agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
